The first thing is 'naal ozhukkam,' which is the daily chores given by the sage scientist. Many sage scientists are mentioned in ancient literature, providing daily Siddha ways to achieve better health.

The daily chores, starting with waking up. The ideal time for waking up is 04:30-05:00 am in the morning. The major benefits include normalizing the vital life force and enhancing the power of life force, which is very essential. It also enhances the activity of the five primordial elements present in our body and improves the functional quality of the fundamental tissues of our body.

Many recent researchers state that early morning waking up gives better mental health, improved concentration, and performance. It provides more time for exercise and yoga and helps in enjoying quiet time in the morning. You all are well aware of neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, acetylcholine, norepinephrine, and dopamine – these are all neurotransmitters. Regulating the secretion of neurotransmitters is essential for preventing many diseases, providing relaxation, and reducing the risk of anxiety and depression. You can do simple things like waking up before sunrise and gradually moving to the waking up time of 04:30-05:00 am. Early morning waking up also improves the quality of sleep, ultimately leading to a stress-free life.

Next is tooth brushing. Many people use toothpaste, and it's important to note that many toothpaste brands are loaded with toxins, including sodium lauryl sulfate, triclosan, nicotine, artificial coloring agents, and artificial sweeteners. These toxins can have both immediate (acute) and long-term effects. Sodium lauryl sulfate, for example, can enter the main physical system through sublingual oral absorption, affecting hormonal synthesis and the immune system in the long term.

To avoid these issues, try using herbal tooth powder instead of toothpaste. You can prepare a simple herbal tooth powder using three ingredients: triphala chooranam, clove powder, and sea salt. These are readily available in the US market; you can buy them from Indian grocery stores or online markets. Use 100 grams of triphala with 5g of clove powder and the 5 gram of sea salt for making the tooth powder.

The beneficial materials present in this herbal powder enter through sublingual absorption and enhance the physiological function of our body. It not only enhances physiological function but also improves mental power and can act on the brain. It can act as antioxidants and detoxify, so use herbal-based powder instead of toxic toothpaste. So, early morning waking up, the second thing is using herbal tooth powder.

So, immediately after cleaning the oral cavity in the early morning, drink an adequate quantity of water. You are well aware that 70% of our human body content is water, 75% of muscle is water, and 25% of bones also contain water, so don't start the day with a water deficit.
